Relationships during Brexit Politics

Relationships during Brexit and other political crisis

  • October 30, 2018
  • by Gurpreet Singh

Does the political situation in a country impact relationships? Aboslutely it does!

I recently spoke to New Statesman about relationships during Brexit.

Knowing how you are going to put food on the table and how you are going to pay your bills are some of the most important things to think about. They tend to come ahead of relationships and other things in life. Anything that threatens these basic human needs is likely to create uncertainty. This will increase anxiety and stress on you and those around you.

Brexit is accelerating such anxieties as it creates a period of economic turmoil and there is uncertainty on what the future might hold.

There is talk in the families, in relationships and in social groups. And there is disagreement around it for many different reasons. Combined with the stress relating to the political and economic uncertainty, and you have the setting for an argument.

Is pornography bad for relationships?
